Cleaners who turn up and do the job properly
We are a cleaning staff agency supplying contract cleaning companies, facilities managers and businesses that run their own cleaning teams. Most of our bookings are for regular early morning or evening contract cleaning, absence and holiday cover, and short-notice deep cleans after building work, an outbreak or a poor audit. We can supply a single cleaner for a two-hour evening shift or a full team for a weekend clean.
Cleaning is a role where reliability matters more than anything. An office cleaner who misses a shift means bins left full and a complaint from your client by nine o'clock. We look for cleaners with a proven record of turning up, ask about previous sites and take references from cleaning supervisors who can speak about punctuality and standards. For key holding roles, or sites where cleaners work alone in occupied premises, we look at trust and work history in more detail. Where a cleaner covers a site regularly, we try to keep the same person on it.
Different sites need different skills. Office and education cleaning is mostly routine, while industrial and food sites bring hygiene schedules, colour-coded equipment, chemical handling and sometimes line clean-downs during shutdown windows. Specialist work such as high-level cleaning, floor maintenance with rotary machines or builders' cleans needs people who have done it before. We ask about your cleaning specification and equipment so the cleaner arrives knowing what is expected.

Why cleaning businesses use our agency
Reliability checked through references
We ask previous supervisors about punctuality and standards, because a cleaner who turns up every shift matters more to your contract than one with a long CV.
Early, late and split shifts covered
We recruit cleaners who want the early morning, evening and split shifts that contract cleaning depends on, including weekend and bank holiday cover.
Specialist skills when needed
For deep cleans, food hygiene, floor machines or post-construction cleans, we put forward cleaners with direct experience of that work rather than general cleaners.
Briefed on your specification
Cleaners are briefed on your cleaning schedule, equipment, chemicals and sign-off sheets before their first shift, so standards hold up from day one.
Our cleaning teams at work
Vetting and safe working
Cleaners often work in occupied buildings, out of hours or with access to keys and alarm codes, so vetting matters. We complete right to work checks for every cleaner and take up references. For schools, healthcare settings and other sites that require it, we can arrange the appropriate level of DBS check. We confirm cleaners understand COSHH basics, and we ask you to provide site-specific chemical and equipment training.

Frequently asked questions
Can you supply a cleaner for just a few hours a day?
Yes. Much of our cleaning work is short shifts of two to four hours, early morning or evening. We agree a minimum paid shift length when you book, which takes into account the cleaner's travel. Regular short shifts are easier to fill and keep filled when the hours stay consistent each week.
Do your cleaners need a DBS check?
Not every cleaning role needs one. Sites such as schools, nurseries or healthcare premises usually do, and the level depends on the setting and whether the role is eligible for a standard or enhanced check. Tell us about the site and we will advise on the right level and arrange it before the cleaner starts.
Who provides the cleaning chemicals and equipment?
Usually the site or the cleaning contractor provides chemicals, equipment and PPE, along with COSHH information for the products used. Our cleaners bring suitable footwear and their own work clothing unless you provide a uniform. If you need someone to bring specialist kit, talk to us before booking.
Can you provide a team for a one-off deep clean?
Yes. We can supply a team for a deep clean, builders' clean or post-incident clean, working evenings or weekends if your premises need to stay open. Let us know the size of the area, the type of clean and what equipment is on site so we can recommend the right number of people.
What if our regular cleaner is off sick?
Call or email us as soon as you know. We will look for a replacement, ideally someone who has worked the site before, and confirm who is coming and when. Same day cover is often possible, particularly for evening shifts, although it depends on location and how much notice we get.
